CPAP Store DFW is a licensed distributor of durable medical equipment (DME). Certain products, such as CPAP/BiPAP machines and oxygen concentrators, may require a valid prescription under FDA and Texas Department of State Health Services regulations.

We reserve the right to request and verify a prescription prior to order fulfillment. Orders submitted without proper documentation may be canceled or delayed.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

CPAP Store DFW collects Texas state and local sales tax where required by law. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with your order.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery information.

9. Returns & Final Sale Policy

Due to health and safety regulations and FDA law, all respiratory equipment and accessories are final sale once opened.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy prior to purchase.

We may approve returns of unopened items within 7 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees.

10. Communications & Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive email, SMS, or WhatsApp updates related to your order or promotional campaigns (if you opt in). You may opt out of marketing at any time.

11. Limitations of Liability

Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually.
